While each subject and project is unique, typically the following can be expected:

• Thorough exterior inspection, including measurements, sketches and photos of subject
• Photos of all interior rooms, and inventory of various characteristics of the home - from attic to basement
• Brief homeowner interview to discuss improvements/changes that have been made to the home that will impact home value
• Research the best/most appropriate, and most recent comparable home sales to help gauge true value and how the market is performing.
• All findings, photos, sketches, comps, maps, are then compiled into an extensive report, along with the appraised market value of the home.
